Intentions, Gratitude & Self-Love.

May 2025 be the year of Intention & self love that carries you through the ever changing cycle of life for your own needs and bio individuality.

In my experience resolutions are often not carried through. January sees a surge of energy with huge motivation, big goals, big ideas, full throttle harsh attack to drop weight, bust the weights, cut calories and overwhelm yourself with every health & wellness hack available.
Come February or March/April (if your lucky) you see the energy drop, motivation dwindles those comforts call…….

I have been that person setting resolutions full throttle on everything, I did get past February March & April 😅 but it did me no favours as life happened, it wasn’t sustainable my mind & spirit strongly held but my health, weight, body & wellness didn’t.

It’s no surprise why it is not sustainable metabolically or mentally and life happens to have many surprises for lots of us along the way.
Motivation gets you started but consistent realistic, lifestyle implementations that you can use to help you throughout the year and your life is key 🔑

I still do big goal setting yearly plans with a vision board and 5 year plans in business for growth & vision.
Ive always been big on setting goals however when it comes to lifestyle, health & wellness it needs a different approach I learnt that the hard way - you don’t have to.

Small daily lifestyle changes is where the magic happens, this is true for all aspects of life.
It is something we can carry through to the foods we eat, skincare routine, exercise plan, sleep hygiene, relationships, home and self care.

Start with Daily gratitude & Self love:
Every morning on waking or Evening before sleep, no matter how you are feeling give thanks for 5 things in your life - include in your list

There is always something you can be grateful for even in the most trying times,
when you practice the feeling of gratitude it can have a nourishing affect on your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Gratitude energy enables you to move into the receiving frequency so you can align with your higher self.
